Septic Pumping
General Information
The Victoria Estates Homeowners Association schedules resident’s septic tanks to be pumped every (4) years to ensure efficient operation of your septic system and the subdivisions lagoon system and septic fields. There will be no cost to residents as this cost is included in your VEHA dues.
Each spring, you will receive an email if your septic is scheduled to be pumped this year. A listing of all homes and the next scheduled pumping year is also available on our website for your reference.
This starting in 2026, Carter Septic LLC will be doing our pumping’s. The pumping’s will be done sometime between early May and late September. If your septic tank has a filter, it will be cleaned at this time as well. Note: Carter’s may need to use your garden hose to rinse your filter. Being that this is Carters first year pumping in Victoria Estates, it may take their personnel a little time locating your tank and positioning their truck in the appropriate location in the street.
You do not need to be home for the pumping. However, please check to make sure that your tank cover is accessible and unobstructed otherwise you may be charged a fee to locate and unearth the tank cover. Please let me know if you have any dogs that stay out in your yard all day so I can communicate this to Carter’s. During the septic pumping’s, Carter’s vehicles will remain on the street or in your driveway, so there should be no damage to your yard.
Carter’s will leave a notice on your front door or in your mailbox after your tank has been pumped.
