Situated near the boat ramp and dam is the neighborhood pavilion. This is a great area for picnics and barbecues. The pavilion offers a location for neighborhood events, offering a fire pit, generator for power, and a free little library for sharing books.
The neighborhood also offers a hiking/horse trail system for
walks in the beautiful surroundings of Victoria Estates.
This proves very popular with hikers and families enjoying the
occasional Sunday afternoon walk. Joggers may prefer
to complete a circuit of the lake ... approximately 3.5 miles.
The pavilion can also be reserved by homeowners for private functions; reservations may be requested on the members-only section of this website. Located near to the front gate is an equestrian center for boarding of horses or horse riding lessons, this business is operated outside of VEHA.
